It's official, I have a blog and I know how to use it.
You don't know me (yet), but I have finally decided to take the plunge and add a blog to my site. I always wanted an easy way to share information with visitors and I'm super excited to start this journey. Keep coming back to my site and check for updates right here on the blog.
Pareidolia Brewing Company’s 4th Annual Running Of The Wiener Dog Races, to benefit HALO No-Kill Rescue Shelter, will be Saturday, October 6, 2018, from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
This is Jinx. She is, or should I more properly say "was" an amazing animal and friend to Tim Hill and his family. When I started to create the composite for Tim, I was doing it more as a Portfolio Piece. Just something to have so that I could show people another fun way that they could portray their dog. Tim , who's a PPA Certified Professional Photographer, in Southlake, TX, gave me several photos of Jinx and just wanted to see what I could come up with. All of the shots were of Jinx jumping into or jumping out of the swimming pool. I thought that I was going to create something fun and funny.
Last Saturday I went to Capt Hirams in Sebastian and did a photo shoot for Halo No Kill Pet Rescue. Capt Hirams is an AWESOME resort and for the first time ever they let Halo use their facility to shoot some pictures, raise awareness, and accept donations for the shelter.
"Lonely at the Top" is all about the Great Dane experience. I've seen people cross the street to avoid the gentle giants. However, I've also seen small children, four and five years old, rush up to the dogs and hug them around the neck. What I've never seen is a Great Dane ever have a had attitude or attack someone. They love to play and they love to run and they love to be loved. This picture simply emphasizes what it must be like to be the Elephant in the Corner.
